To start or join a game you choose a display name. This name is shown to the other player and stored with the game while it is active. We do not ask for your email address, and there are no user accounts.
Game data
While a game is in progress we store its moves and players so the game can be rebuilt and resumed. This data is retained only for a limited time — old and finished games are automatically deleted on a regular schedule.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, how many games are started). Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser, and the pages you visit. This helps us improve the game.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on, without affecting your ability to play.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Data processed by Google Analytics is handled by Google in line with their own privacy policy.
